“Turned up to hotel at 2.45 door locked with notice stating staff returning at 5pm. Still nobody at 5.15. Other clients arrived stating they had received an email from owner with code entrance and room number. We did not! Tried ringing owner.Taking the initiative we worked out from the register what rooms were taken so we took a key. The hotel is smelly, dark and very unwelcoming. “J'ai adoré cette chambre d'hôtes! La cadre est sublime avec la vue sur le grand jardin, la rivière au fond, la glycine en fleurs au-dessus de la porte d'entrée. Excellent endroit pour l'observation des oiseaux. Chambre très grande et confortable, salle de bain très jolie, fonctionnelle et propre. Hôtes très sympathiques. À savoir que le parking n'est pas pour une voiture qui elle a été garée un peu plus loin au parking public. Centre-ville de Castres très proche à pied. Petit déjeuner excellent...
