“The handle on the bathroom door was faulty. I thought i was stuck there. The ice vending machine did not work. their was no dustbin whatsoever in the room. No microwave either so had to get my food heated all the way near reception. Pool had murky water, definitely not well maintained.. i planned to swim but decided not to after seeing the pool :/”

“The guy working the desk at night has about as much customer service energy as a wet towel. But I bet it's pretty sweet to get paid to sleep! Had to wait a while for him to wake from his slumber to check me in. After being on the road for 7 hours, you can imagine I was just ready to get into my room to crash out. “The stay was okay my toilets in my room was stopped up .the kitchen was small and not what I’m use too but the staff was friendly and the amenities were nice”

“My husband and I came to celebrate our wedding anniversary & his birthday. Check-in was a breeze & she took care of us because she gave us such a nice view of the pond behind their property! Loved it! We ordered from their on-site restaurant and they got to our room in 15 minutes and even brought our food in the room which was lovely! The pool/hot tub was amazing!! Loved it, will definitely be back!!! ”
