“It doesn’t matter how nice or dumpy a motel is I always check for bugs. I found several bugs in my room with a simple mattress lift as did my travel companion in their room. I chose not to stay. They would not give a refund of any kind.”

“While booking there was no mention of the hotel being beside railway tracks.. There were louds trains going by all night and we were on the other side if the hotel facing the river?? Beautiful hotel but way too noisy to sleep.. Great to have 2 restaurants on site. The sharkbite pub on site was great... Tasty food amd bsr with good prices.. Beds super comfortable with good size rooms...”

“We love Accent Inns! Wonderful clean, well-appointed room with fridge, coffeemaker, kettle, microwave and toaster oven along with mugs, bowls, plates, cutlery and utensils. Great beds, pillows and linens. Nice desk with chair. Lots of lighting options, which is rare! Lots of storage. Love the duck that comes with the room!”

“Good restaurant”

“Tv wasn’t working. The air conditioner needs to be changed. Shower handle broke. Environment wasn’t the greatest downtown. Couple were fighting there was nothing done. Neighbour came back drunk and he couldn’t get into his room as office closed.”

“Nice, clean hotel in a very convenient location, quiet. The man at the reception was very welcoming and helpful. Would stay here again.”

“The hot tub had no water in it. The pool area looked dirty. There were no coffee mugs in our room to make coffee. There was no Kleenex in our room. The bottom of the tub needed a good scrubbing. The lady at the front desk was amazing. Very friendly and sweet.”
