“Overall, the stay was comfortable, but check-in was a bit challenging. The arrival instructions seemed geared toward guests arriving by car, and there weren’t clear directions for those using rideshare or public transportation. It also would have been helpful to have the exact building address rather than just the complex name, as that made navigation more difficult on arrival. Clarifying these details would make the experience smoother for future guests.”

“Staff were very polite and willing to help with anything needed. Room was nice and clean and the beds were comfortable. Only thing I believe they need to work on is the orange chairs in the lobby that are pretty filthy! ”
