View from the cabin was indeed exquisite!! A very comfy quiet and private cabin for us and our baby. Well equipped and cozy rooms, kitchen, bathrooms. Fabulous hot tub! 15 minutes to Giant City State Park. We recommend Giant City Nature Trail & Rocky Bluff Trail easy and beautiful.

Doc’s Cabin was the perfect spot for time spent in Shawnee wine country. The host was very accommodating and checked on our needs during the trip. Will definitely try to stay here again next time in the area.

Host was great, contacted me to say thank you for renting his house. Hot tub was perfect which was one of main reasons for renting the house, along with the 2 bathrooms, and the location. A good floor plan for 2 or more people. It was just my friend and I so we loved having are own separate wings!!! ...
