“Very clean, helpful staff”

“The rooms did not have any curtains. So the outside parking lights are shining in your room all night and in the morning you’re awoken the crack of dawn because there’s no filter. The elliptical machine in the fitness center never worked the entire time. I was there, even though I mentioned it to the staff. The view is atrocious.”

“I liked the set-up. As a solo traveler I was put in a room on a more private hallway. The room was spacious and clean. I felt very safe. The breakfast was very good with eggs, pancakes, waffles, potatoes, sausage and biscuits and gravy available. I did no take advantage of the evening snacks and drinks, but I appreciated the availability.”

“Out room wasn't ready (we arrived a little after 3, check-in time). We had to wait for the room to be cleaned. Other than that, it was clean and comfortable. I wish they had a better breakfast option and an earlier time.”

“Staff at check-in and throughout the stay were friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a historic building in a nice walkable downtown with restaurants and shops close by. Everything was clean and in good condition. This one is a winner. I would definitely stay here again.”

“I would like to say that the staff are some of the nicest people I’ve encountered while traveling. Expedia messed up with the payment and it was a 2 hour process to undo it. But the hotel staff were amazing and did everything in their power to resolve the issue.”
