“Stayed for 8 days. Large room with water views, modern bathroom, very comfortable bed. Even though the room overlooked a busy road, there was next to no traffic noise. The guest kitchen was kept spotless, with milk, cereal etc provided free of charge. With their reasonable rates, this is a great place to stay. Highly recommend.”

“This has been my preferred accommodation for a decade however Room 4 was terrible. It had an adjoining door and my neighbours had lights on and talking until 1224 a.m. so not able to get to sleep. The lounge was vinyl worn to thread bear. Plus black hairs on it. There was a baby huntsman and a big daddy longlegs spiders living in the shower and the bed side lamps were very dusty level with my face. No greeting instructions I usually get, they said Expedia didn't supply?”

“If you smoke this is smoke free property which is a bit discriminating The room very clean, bed comfortable, had a micro & coffe making facilities and small sitting area outside, off street parking as well as underneath parking”
