I responded if they had another property with a pool. They told no they were going to refund me my money back. So in other words they used thier authority and cancelled my booking so that they could enjoy thier selfs and inconvenience me and my family. I wouldy refer them to no one. “I booked this house for my daughter and her friends to come after her party ended! My check in was at 5pm I messaged the host on 5 different occasions to get an earlier check in and had no response so the day I was to check in we proceed to the house and the house is unkept, trash was in the driveway a car was in the driveway and the grass hasn’t been cut in weeks! “Had a few small issues that were qmcommunicated with the property manager on our arrival. They were not able to correct the issues before my stay ended but it was a minor inconvenience and the property manager communicated that they could not fix the problem quickly. To me, communication was handled so promptly that it didn't matter. Besides the lake, the views each morning, and the cleanliness of the overall property made a great week to come home each night after working in the area all day....
