“This place definitely reminds me of my grandparents house. It’s cozy and off the beaten path. We had a lot of rain while we were there and because of the rain it had the “basement smell”, but there was dehumidifiers there and we helped empty them to help out the home. Very relaxing, sitting on the porch watching all the firefly’s at night in the tree line. The owners told us about Spring Fest so we decided to take the kids and had a really good time. “We spent one night here for my hubby's birthday. It was great! We had everything we needed. We were lucky the weather cooperated so we got to enjoy sitting outside in the double rocking chairs and eating dinner on the deck. We were also able to use the large firepit to make s'mores. All in all it was a great getaway and would definitively rent again. Thanks!”

“This was a beautiful property. It was nicely decorated with plenty of blankets, pillows and towels. This was the perfect property to stay in while in town for a wedding. We didn’t get to enjoy the nice fire pit area due to limited time, but we would love to stay here again. The owner definitely went above and beyond and thought of little ways to make the stay comfortable.”

“We enjoyed our short stay here while visiting family nearby. The house was well equipped with everything we needed and the house was clean and comfortable. There is no cell service here so be sure to have hard copies of your access instructions. We were not as prepared as we should of been and had to drive a bit to find signal to get the key code.”

“This is a very clean and quiet home. The fenced in yard was great for our little dog Max. Close to town if you feel the need. The owner was very nice and responsive. We came to see Loretta Lynn's ranch which is a short drive away and had a late breakfast at Carol's Restaurant in Waverly. We enjoyed our stay immensely, thank you!”
