Hotel vicino a McFarland Park - Memphis

“Nice to place to stay a few days, but not for long term. The coffee maker was broken and breakfast was less to be desired. Pool was cold, and ball to play table tennis was missing. Partying going on while we were there on 1st floor.”

“Not a clean hotel for me needs some upgrades & it had a very bad smell & as we was going to look at the room. One of the owners was going up there to spray some smell goods in the room acting like he had the wrong room.Well the jokes on you not my type of hotel.”

“The staff was just as disgusting as the hotel itself. No customer service at all!! I stayed there all of 1 hour while I looked for another hotel. Absolutely disgusting”

“Property had recent flood damage and extremely loud remediation fans were on all night long in the hallways. Room smelled like a wet dog and like the previous guest smoked in it. Walls and doors had animal scratches all over them. Do not stay at this property”

“Even though the room was clean, it did have an odor. The TV came on but was frozen. Staff were all amazing on every shift. Breakfast was full continental. Eggs, sausage, pancakes, etc. It was probably the most quiet hotel I have been to in a long time, especially considering the part of town it's in. I was concerned when we arrived, but not upset when I left.”

“This is not a review that complains for silly self serving reasons, or let off steam. We literally got to the room and a drawer had been ripped from the dresser and batteries from the smoke detector were missing. We'd never been to Memphis before. Getting in from Arkansas to the West was deplorable. Nothing felt maintained. Roads were difficult to navigate and dimly lit. We didn't know the area next to the airport was rough.
