“Breakfast was great! The bed was comfortable. The rooms were clean. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Gated parking is great except for (see cons) Cons: elevator can be a little slow. Parking gate is confusing. People dont know they have to go around the back to exit the parking lot. You also have to use the code to get out. I turned that in when we checked out and had to call the front desk to get out. But they answered right away when we called and gave us the code...

“Not like the pictures, very outdated, dirty, bathroom floor had pee stains in it, could tell it hadn’t been mopped in a while.”

“Not a clean hotel for me needs some upgrades & it had a very bad smell & as we was going to look at the room. One of the owners was going up there to spray some smell goods in the room acting like he had the wrong room.Well the jokes on you not my type of hotel.”

“The place have roaches very bad. The rooms are over priced and outdated”

“The staff was just as disgusting as the hotel itself. No customer service at all!! I stayed there all of 1 hour while I looked for another hotel. Absolutely disgusting”

“Room was very dirty. Hair every where. Bottom of tub cracked and peeling. Hair in towels and all over the room. Stained comforter and sheets ”

“Even though the room was clean, it did have an odor. The TV came on but was frozen. Staff were all amazing on every shift. Breakfast was full continental. Eggs, sausage, pancakes, etc. It was probably the most quiet hotel I have been to in a long time, especially considering the part of town it's in. I was concerned when we arrived, but not upset when I left.”

“It was pet friendly but I had to park and go to the other side of the building with my dog and back and forth with my things, by myself. There was constant noise all night from other guests and I barely slept. I called the office but they did nothing.”
