“Our stay was highly disappointing because the house was not guest-ready and primary amenities were unusable. We paid for a premium rental but spent our trip managing maintenance issues.The hot tub was a major letdown. On arrival, it was dirty and the water was so low the pump was gurgling. Even after we filled it, the tub never reached a usable temperature. Despite 56 degree weather, the host insisted it was operating as designed.
