We are excited to offer this spectacular chalet, Alpine Haven, a premier property offered through Vacay Away! This spacious retreat boasts 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests. With a stylish contemporary design, the home is filled with natural light from grand picture windows offering stunning mountain views.

COMMUNITY RULES

WELCOME TO MASSANUTTEN!
This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat.

NOISE
Quiet hours: 10 PM - 7 AM.
Keep noise indoors during these hours.
No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.

PARKING
Keep all tires off the road.
Don’t block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host.
Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840
No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host.

OUTDOOR FIRES
High wildfire risk area!
No open fires.
No unattended fires.
No firepit use during quiet hours (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
Firepits and grills may be restricted during local emergency conditions, check MassanuttenVillage.com or electronic sign at entrance for updates.

The home was BEAUTIFUL - impeccably clean and decorated. The huge A-frame window was amazing! The view was beautiful. The kitchen was beyond well-stocked with all we nedded. The kids loved all the toys and activities the hosts had for them to use. The bedrooms and bathrooms were modern and aesthetically pleasing with plenty of towels/washclothes and blankets for everyone. Commuminaction with the hosts was excellent. They messaged me back almost instantly when I had any questions. All in all an absolutely amazing, problem -free stay.
