  • Welcome to The Woodhaven Cabin a beautiful 3 bed, 2.5 bath retreat in the heart of Massanutten Resort. Enjoy mountain views, cozy vibes, and everything you need for a perfect stay. Fully stocked with games and essentials, and just minutes from slopes, golf, hiking, and more. Whether you’re here to relax or explore, The Woodhaven Cabin is your ideal getaway.

    *Important*
    This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat.

    NOISE
    • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM.
    • Keep noise indoors during these hours.
    • No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.

    PARKING
    • Keep all tires off the road.
    • Don’t block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host.
    • Park only in designated areas or overflow lot, ask host for location.
    • No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host.

    OUTDOOR FIRES
    • High wildfire risk area!
    • No open fires.
    • No unattended fires.
    • No firepit use during quiet hours (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
    • Firepits and grills may be restricted during local emergency conditions, check MassanuttenVillage website or electronic sign at entrance for updates also your host will notify you as well.

    ALCOHOL
    No open containers on roads or in common areas.

    PETS
    • Leash always required when outside. However, no pets are allowed at this home.
    • Clean up after your pets.

    TRASH
    • Do not place garbage/trash outside, including screened-in porches, decks or carports. Trash attracts wildlife, which could endanger you and damage the property.
    • Dumpsters are available ask host for location.

We loved our stay at the cabin and hope to come back again! The place had very helpful supplies for a weekend stay which was so nice. The cabin was very clean and the big kids had a great time playing games and we all loved seeing the mountains through the trees.

Fireplace was great, worked fine. Amazing rural atmosphere. Perfect layout for having groups of friebds socializing both insidevthe large living room and the adjacent decks.

We loved our stay at woodhaven cabin! It was warm, cozy and had everything we were looking for in a restful, winter getaway including Mountain Views, a wood-burning fireplace, warm wood interiors, a large sectional sofa with plenty of room and then some for our family of 5. Alana added extra touches for Christmas including a lighted Christmas tree, star lights in the powder room and a small lit tree in the master bedroom for a feeling of cozy Christmas. Alana was responsive to answer us when we needed assistance with anything. We loved our stay and look forward to returning !
