“I booked a stay through Expedia but when I get there, apparently my credit card isn't accepted. The girl said they wouldn't charge me but wouldn't you know it, I got charged for a hotel stay I never checked into. Got turned away but still have a pending charge on my credit card. Now I cant access my money and no one cares. If there are certain credit cards that aren't accepted it should be stated somewhere visible and not when you try to check in after a 6 hour drive just to be turned away to...

“The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the rooms were lovely and spacious!”

“The hotel is in a great location and seem to be quite nice. The front desk staff were pretty unhelpful and not very friendly. Restaurant staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Train your front desk like you do your restaurant staff.”

“I was very happy to see they had cleaned up the gravel since I had been there the week previous the rooms are always clean bed was comfortable however I did have a room with an out outdoor access and in the process of things at 4:30 in the morning I took my dog out who I was travelling with and got locked out of my room because the room keys would not work in the door from outside going in and of course my inside door I had locked and double locked for safety reasons so I was over an hour before...

“Clean room comfy bed good location for shopping and restaurants. Very quiet. I love staying here when we are in Regina.”

“I will not prefer this property again. They have allotted me the room which was in the Ground Floor and next to the reception. Asked them to give me any other room but they were very stubborn and told that entire property is fully booked. Pathetic behavior. Will never recommend to any one .”
