“We loved the hotel. It was very nice, however, the description of our room was completely different than what we stayed in. Just make sure to confirm what room you have.”

“The "free" breakfast was a joke. Everything was prepackaged except for the waffles and the staff was not refilling anything. The ice machine on the bottom floor was empty. When we returned to our room at the end of the day, it was not cleaned, no new towels, the trash was not emptied, the bed was not maid up. When I told the man at the front desk he said they send text to ask about room cleaning but we both check our text for that day and we did NOT get any such text. We will never stay at a...

“The room looked and smelled very clean after entering; however, I was extremely disappointed when I saw dried urine on the side of the toilet in the lower crevices. The staff at the front desk were very friendly, but the lady in the breakfast area could exhibit better manners - she cut in front of me to put out more items without saying, "Excuse me."”

“An excellent choice if you have a car. Not far from Mempgis, TN. The hotel website says "deluxe continental breakfast" which was in fact poor and with a very limited choice of food and drinks. This needs improving a lot”

“The hotel itself was very nice and clean, but be aware you will have to pay a $50 incidentals fee at check in that is supposed to be returned to you. Our stay was April 17th 2026 and the $50 has still not been returned. ”

“The property was very clean and staff was overly nice, which was wonderful. The hotel is in very close proximity to the Landers Center where we were going for a concert. Would definitely stay here again.”
