The host is an awesome communicator and responded within an hour for most messages. Coldest weekend of the year ( -35) so we were no able to use the hot tub due to safety reasons, totally understandable. There was no continental breakfast as advertised and our bathroom door was off i lts hinges. No hot tub in the lodge but the kiss went over to the big hotel and used that one. The pool was very cold. The other hotel had a warmer pool. And i lost money. But we had fun on my 67th birthday.
