Lady at the front desk was rude when my husband asked a question and she was sarcastic when my 3 year old granddaughter said something about not wanting to walk up stairs since she was sick. She stated the pool and sauna were open 24 hours yet the doors were locked at 6am. The room was good size with a balcony but the small gap in the door and underneath the door made the room very cold had to have the heat up even more because of the draft coming through. Blinds on the door were broke the mirrors were dirty along with the walls. I was nervous to even sit on the chairs at the table as the cloth felt almost sticky and there is so much grossness on the sides of the chair grossed me out. There were bugs moving in the bathroom light fixture and brownish orange stuff on the other one. Carpet so dirty that my white socks had to be thrown away I wont ever stay again I feel cheated with the amount of money I was charged and how uncomfortable my family felt for a 1 night stay honestly I have seen cleaner motels in run down ghetto cities cleaner
