“I am an amputee and had requested a handicapped accessible bathroom. Upon my arrival, I was told there were no handicapped accessible bathrooms available. In the early evening, the staff had changed and I went up and asked the front desk person if there were any handicapped rooms. He assured me there were, checked his computer and lo and behold they had handicapped rooms. Absolutely pathetic SERVICE”

“I liked the properties location. Staff was super friendly and responsive. Air conditioning was great most of the time. Sometimes it would run a little warm. WALLS ARE THIN!!!!! we could hear EVERYTHING happening in the halls. beware of getting a room near the pool you will be able to hear them yelling as if you were in the pool with them. overall it was a great stay just minor inconveniences that may be major to someone else. also VERY dog friendly property which we didn’t mind at all. there’s...
