“The house was well used, abused and needed updating. It was not very clean, kitchen wall at sink was dirty. Almost every wall switch plate was filthy and the thermostat was too. Master bedroom bathroom shower rod was broken. No top sheet was used on any of the beds! Sliding glass door was marked with hand and finger prints. A lot of the walls needed to be painted. The kitchen needs to be furnished better with bowls, glasses, plates and utensils. I expected much more for the amount of money we...
