“I don't know how this property has such great reviews. The room we stayed in was not up to par. The beds were terrible and the pillows were lumpy. We only stayed for a good night's rest and we didn't get that. The room was outdated, carpeting looked fairly new. If the beds would have been comfortable I probably would rate it higher but when I pay for a good night's rest and don't get it, then I rate it as such.”

“Very nice, clean hotel. It’s not very old as it was recently built so everything still looks new. Nice free complimentary breakfast and a “bar” to get a nightcap in if you don’t feel like leaving the hotel. There isn’t much in the area around it. My bathroom door did not close all the way; the door got hung up on the threshold. My colleague who was in the room next to me had the same thing. That’s a construction issue.”

“I like an elevator, I'm a senior. 1 bar of soap for sink and tub. No fruit, no juice, the only thing for breakfast was a waffle maker with the batter running all over the container and the cabinet, and 2 kinds of bagels. Not appetizing, even my grandson said no to it.”
