“Sweetest Staff and everyone was so willing to help! ”

“I don't know how this property has such great reviews. The room we stayed in was not up to par. The beds were terrible and the pillows were lumpy. We only stayed for a good night's rest and we didn't get that. The room was outdated, carpeting looked fairly new. If the beds would have been comfortable I probably would rate it higher but when I pay for a good night's rest and don't get it, then I rate it as such.”

“I enjoyed my stay per usual! Unfortunately the ac was not working properly in the room I was staying in this time and the water temperature in the shower wasn’t as hot when I first checked in. However, I’ve stayed her before and never had problems before”

“When I arrived I had to wait for someone to come out the restroom 20min with a signed that read out of order I had a long drive and had to use the restroom….. The pool was green thick fungus”

“The room was clean and temperature very comfortable. The bed wasn't the most comfortable but we did sleep well. The area was quiet and the staff was very helpful.”

“Very nice, clean hotel. It’s not very old as it was recently built so everything still looks new. Nice free complimentary breakfast and a “bar” to get a nightcap in if you don’t feel like leaving the hotel. There isn’t much in the area around it. My bathroom door did not close all the way; the door got hung up on the threshold. My colleague who was in the room next to me had the same thing. That’s a construction issue.”

“It was OK. I booked 2 nights and housekeeping never came once. Trash was overflowing. Once you sign in you get a text message with the onsite amenities. Couldn’t the person up desk at least go over them? One of the amenities in the text stated breakfast had eggs. Well you get no eggs why wasn’t this updated? One waffle maker but could never use it because there was either a line or someone making 10 waffles. Room was nice. Would I go there again? Maybe but will look at other places first.”

“Had to switch rooms due to mold in the bathroom. Breakfast was very good and a nice touch to start the day. Front desk staff was very professional and moved quickly to greet and help us.”

“Lights were out in the elevator. Staff put flashlights hanging on the arm rails in the elevator. Sooo dark and unsafe. Isn’t this against code? Tv remote did not work properly. Plain Jane room. Defiantly NOT worth the $250 plus tax I paid for the room. Will not be using this hotel chain again!”

“Hello, the staff was very nice during check in and the restaurant staff. Our bathtub was full of rust chipping and was peeling. We needed water shoes to shower. We alerted the front desk about our need for linen for the sleep sofa. Due to the hotel being short staffed we had to get it ourselves. The pool was down for maintenance until we checked out. That was really disappointing because we selected the hotel because there was an indoor pool. It wasn’t a horrible stay but we’ve definitely had...
