“Here’s a polished review you could post: We stayed at Alt Hotel University District for one night and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean, modern, and well-maintained. Our room featured beautiful large windows that let in plenty of natural light, and the temperature control worked perfectly, making for a very comfortable stay. We also appreciated the hotel’s security features, which made us feel safe throughout our visit. The paid underground parkade was convenient...

“It was a lively location in Kensington, very walkable with good restaurants nearby. Felt like a neighborhood. Room size was excellent, breakfast was good, and the food at the Oxbow was very good.”

Will be back this time next year, and will MOST DEFINITELY be staying here again!! Can’t wait!! “Room had terrible odour, bathroom was not clean, mold and mildew around the sink, fresh shower towels strewn about, shower curtain ripped and torn, bathtub faucet turned 90 degrees, bathroom ceiling tiles were water damaged and moldy. I can see why Ramada dropped this location.”
