Hotel vicino a McNeil Park - Minneapolis - St. Paul

“The hotel was great, breakfast was great, room was clean the bed was comfortable. The only thing was we were woken up at 7 am on a Saturday by workers working on the ice machine right by our room”

“The breakfast was good, but we had a double queen suite and the beds were not queens. The toilet was leaking and wouldn’t flush properly so we had to get plunger from front desk. The hallway had holes in the carpet in a few spots. But it looked like they were fixing up some rooms. It was very quiet though. Just biggest complaint was beds and toilet.”

“The pool was empty and we were not informed. The room was a very tight fit simply opening the door.”

“My room was very up to date, hotel had a great breakfast and staff was friendly and accommodating. ”

“Staff was nice lobby, pool area and all was clean. My issue was the knob on the closet door was broken, and the end table next to the bed was tarnish, the curtains looked unattached from the top and the heater plate that covers the digital panel was broke. Maintenance did fix the knob and switched the table. I put on the form there was two people staying in the room, house cleaning was stingy with the towels. I need 2-3 face towels a day. One to wash up, one for my face and one for sweating. The...

“I wasn't expecting the Ritz Carlton, so I went in with low expectations. All I needed was a bed and a bathroom for the night, and the hotel provided that. The staff were great! Super nice. I forgot my phone charger and the guy behind the counter provided me one to borrow for the night. The room was clean and did the job. The only bad part was the bed. It was horribly uncomfortable.
