“When we checked in, and walked into the room, the tvs were on alight was on and the temperature cool from outdoor summer heat. It felt immediately welcoming and inviting. ”

“I was dissatisfied with the lack of housekeeping services during my stay. The front desk did not communicate if housekeeping would not be provided, and upon our arrival that evening, I called the front desk for assistance. The gentleman who answered the phone was quite rude and dismissive.
