If staying in hot temperatures the lack of A/C may be an issue. It worked out fine for us on 20 degree days in late May. Will definitely consider staying again in the future!”

The property is stunning, the food is delicious, the staff are incredibly helpful & the location is quite beautiful - it’s separate from the busy downtown of Victoria but still close enough to easily get to town quickly, with some coastal walks nearby! Vicinissima la fermata del bus per andare ai Butchart Gardens. Nella hall è sempre disponibile gratuitamente per gli ospiti caffè americano e tè caldo.”

“Splendid facility , immaculately clean with an extraordinary helpful staff that never stopped asking us if we needed anything else. Gold Level service allowed us a sumptuous free breakfast and an afternoon snack bar that substituted for dinner a number of times. We swam in the Health Club pool every morning and then head up for breakfast down the hall from our room. No view for us, but other rooms certainly had one. Expensive, but you get your money worth.”

“Nice convenient place to stay in town. Check in was awesome. The theme is cool and they keep to it. Breakfast convenient and great service good food. A little noisy at night but it’s on a main road so not surprised. Housekeeping storage and the laundry room was also across from our room too so they also added some noise”

“The windows in our room were so dirty that it was hard to see the view. The rug was thread bear and had a hole that had been poorly repaired with the rug pad showing through . The gardens may have been lovely in years gone by but clearly aren’t getting any attention now. For almost $400 Canadian/ night I would expect more attention to detail and care for this beautiful old home. I won’t return”
