“Ist floor room just off the parking lot as requested. Sturdy bars in bathtub. As I was packing to leave, in the rain, an employee named CHAD offered, and helped me load heavy suitcases into my car. Very gracious and most appreciated! For the second time in my visits to this location, parking was a real issue!
