“The stay was pleasant and enjoyable. One thing that justified a lowered rating. The toilette water tank leaked inside and so the water refilled the tank making noise every five minutes waking us up many times the first night. Following my report the next day, the repair man came to fix the problem. The leak was still there and the same noise now occurred less often (about every 30 minutes). I locked the water to stop the noise and turned the water back on the next morning to stop the noise.”

The text message option was not working properly for 2 days and we waited 20 minutes for our car when there were no other cars waiting for valet service. “The hotel is at a convenient location for my visit. It’s undergoing a remodeling project. The room itself was clean but the hallways are dusty as a result of the project work. There were a bunch of drunken kids at night who would knock on my door my mistake after midnight. The staff are amazing and supportive. I skipped the breakfast as it wasn’t healthy at all (just oatmeal and muffins). I would be back if I need to but when the remodeling is finished. ”

“The valet guys were always available, friendly and very helpful each time I needed my vehicle. They even helped with our luggage to our room and loading my car when we left early Sunday morning. The hotel was clean and my room was close to an elevator since I have trouble walking great distances at times. Our hotel was easy to get to the venue where my granddaughter had dance competition was located and it turned out to be close to every other place we wished to visit.”
