“I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the service was extremely poor. The front desk was often unattended, and when we needed assistance, we had to repeatedly call with no answer. At one point, we actually had to raise our voices just to get someone to come to the desk, which is completely unacceptable. “FALSE ADVERTISING AND DIRTY HOTEL. So, first off, they could not find our original reservation. The room that was booked was apparently no longer available. We booked that room for a reason, so not having that room was an additional expense for us. There was a cash-only deposit, but in order to get it back, they had to look at the room prior. Only one person was doing this, and she was so slow and taking forever. We had to forfeit our deposit because we had someplace to be and had already waited...

“I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone not even my worst enemy! First of all the pictures are deceiving! I love how they don’t show there’s a whole cemetery in the parking lot! The stuff was rude and walking barefoot also the rooms smelled like cigarettes and the sheets were stained, we also were hearing knocking noises at our door but there was no one there! Super sketchy ”

“The curtains, lamp, and sheet had stains. The desk chair looked like it had been clawed by wolves. The air conditioning did not get cool. The baseboards were rotted. The tub was made for small children. The microwave burnt my food and the fridge kept my food at room temperature. The ice machine didn’t work so ice was placed in zip loc bags in some kind of freezer. It was not worth the price. I think there better hotel options in the area. ”

“Very clean and great first impression with the beautiful smell and cleanliness of the hotel. Workout room and pool area was clean and well kept. Hotel staff was especially helpful and very friendly. I highly recommend”

“Room was clean at check in. However, the body wash was empty, and Housekeeping was skipped twice during our week long day. So we are trying to keep going down the front desk, asking for towels.”
