“The place is nice and the staff was friendly. Convenient to the convention center. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very spacious. My only issue really was the placement of the things to buy. The coffee table is filled with snacks to buy and the refrigerator is filled with drinks so that it is hard to put anything else in there. “Our 2nd flight got cancelled so we were stranded in Dallas. We showed up to the hotel with 3 kids and just a little bit of our stuff since most of our luggage was checked! The staff was INCREDIBLY sweet and understanding. They gave us a complementary upgrade to a suite room so we could check in a few hours early. Only 15 minutes from the airport. Kindest staff ever and super open to upgrading us and being personable. The rooms were clean and great. Would absolutely stay here again!”
