“Hair dryer broken warm not blowing and burned my hair, second room the same, No dish washer liquid, no salt and pepper. ”

“Breakfast was free and tasty. Staff was friendly. There is parking for 10.00 a day but it is limited. Nice room. Had a pool and gym but did not use either. The hotel is close to Franconia station to hop on the Metro. Very convenient.”

“The Hotel is a typical Holiday Inn, clean and simple…but what we didn’t like was the breakfast. No choice, for 4 days the pancake machine wasn’t usable for unknown reason.. This aspect must be improved. The pool need to be cleaned more ..”

The breakfast staff was accommodating, but the hotel staff was checked out, not really engaged in what they were doing, rather indifferent. The hotel lacks clarity on how their amenities are accessed, ex. Wifi, having room made up, getting fresh towels etc. ”

“ottimo hotel in posizione perfetta per lavorare a Washington DC downtown via Metro o per piacere in Alexandria old Town. camere pulite e spaziose. reception efficiente e professionale. happy hour con offerta vino nel pomeriggio. unica pecca la colazione: servizio incredibilmente insufficiente e offerta di cibo molto povera. 30 minuti di attesa per un tè come minimo... pessimo ”

“La porta del bagno scorreva male e aveva la maniglia rotta non aveva nemmeno una chiusura presentava con dei chiodini a punta sulla parte rotta anche pericolose infatti mi sono tagliato per il resto tutto nella norma”

Needs marked better clearier Sheer xurtains were a dirty brown use a color that doesnt show dirr or replace madr look old and dingy room smelled stale even though supposedlynewly xleaned dishwaaher was still going whem i arrived furniture dated ironing board was old shaky unatable and cover diety with burn marks place needs updated badly ”

“Likes: Reasonably priced. Easy check in/out. Free parking and breakfast (with good food options). Everything in room in working order. Comfortable bed. Friendly cleaning staff. Good location, off major highway with food, shopping, and gas nearby Dislikes: Unfriendly and unprofessional front desk staff (with the exception of Idalia). Room key stopped working many times and front desk staff kept acting like it was something I was doing (like holding it near my cell phone) when really the machine...
