Hotel vicino a Mean Green Park - Spartanburg

“Beware of staying at this particular Hampton Inn. The building is not being properly maintained. Wallpaper peeling off in hallways, dirty corners, sloppy repairs noted. It appears to accommodate a lot of traveling construction workers. The room we were given had a very dirty toilet and caulk slopped all in the interior of the sink. We went to another Hampton Inn on the other side of town to see if we could switch hotels, but we could not bc we booked through Expedia. Expedia did call our hotel...

“The room was clean, parking was safe, the hotel was in a remote area so it felt safe. My only complaints were that the refrigerator was noisy so it kept waking me up. There was no "do not disturb" sign available so the maid woke us up knocking loudly on our door at 10:30 am after we had a long drive and got to the hotel at 3 am. I like that pets stay free. ”

Piles of animal hair on the carpet. Outside the room patch of carpet in front of just about every room on floor 2. Rust on bottom of bathroom door frame. The place could use about 5 to 6 deep-cleanings, maybe ”
