“we did not stay at the property. We were unaware that a long steep set of stairs was required to navigate up/down. My wife is aged, with knee problems, and she would not be able to safely use the stairs.She did not feel safe in this area of town.If asked, I would not recommend this property to any persons with ambulatory issues”

“It was alright not the best”

“Great spacious apartment on the ground floor with a big yard with a deck and fire pit. Very quiet area and a park with tennis courts and basketball courts close by. The area is growing and more shops, bars and restaurants opening up. Check out Monty’s, fuzzy cactus, Julio’s bagels (great coffee) and Smokey mug for breakfast or bbq. Highly recommend and the host was super responsive and helpful. ”

“Everything was great. The location is fabulous. Half-block from Monument Ave one way and half-block to the science museum the other. Steps from bars, restaurants, neat coffee shops, and Whole Foods. Apartment was well appointed for a weekend stay or longer. ”

“Easily a better value than many local hotels. Parking was a dream, always available and immediately next to the apt. Easy access check in leads to a private and nicely kept garden. Poshly carpeted stairs framed by an antique wooden bannister and over a dozen arranged mirrors. Bed was posh, comfy and clean. Neighborhood was safe and quiet, walkable, and close to everything you could want. Will stay again and refer our friends!”
