“The location is right in the centre of Mechelen, but the inside condition is poor in all aspects. Cleaning is below average, furniture needs some upgrades. I had 2 set of towels, 1 clean, 1 not. No amenities in bathroom, only a phon with a thick layer of dust. I would not recommend to professionals nor to a family looking for a cheap accomodation”

“I paid the room but I moved to a different hotel as there was no air conditioning, so impossible to sleep with this weather. Incredible that a chain as NH has rooms without airco. At least this should be clearly mentioned in the hotel profile.”
