“Perfecta”

“Changed to handicapped room for way more space and comfort for our 6 night stay. Staff helpful in arranging this. Lots of nearby places to buy good quality food for diy breakfast in room w well appointed kitchen. Fresh fruit and yogurt downstairs was helpful too. Only drawback is the vacant lot next door where unhoused people sleep and leave litter behind in the morning. Otherwise cool neighborhood in Brooklyn close to Park Slope”

“The stay was alright overall. Our room was clean but the sheets were stained/dirty (luckily we brought our own), the air conditioning was fine, bathroom clean and fully functioning. The noise level there on those nights were low, normal ins and outs of other guests nothing obscene. The service from the receptionists was smooth and transactional. Don’t expect too much but it’s cool.”

La pulizia della camera non buonissima: il letto andrebbe rifatto e non sistemato tirando su le coperte; il bagno andrebbe pulito ovunque, anche il vetro della porta piena di impronte; i bicchieri vuoti delle consumazioni al bar andrebbero portati fuori dalla camera.”

“Everything about the hotel is excellent except”

“This hotel is quite good! The front desk staff was nice. The breakfast buffet was delicious—my granddaughters loved the pancake machine. It was great that there was a pool table so I taught my granddaughters to play pool. The room itself had plenty of space and the ventilation was very quiet. My only issue was the refrigerator motor which was very noisy.”

La notte devi scegliere se dormire o avere freddo perché se accendi l’aria condizionata non dormi per il rumore assurdo delle macchine, in qualsiasi stanza, visto che ho dovuto chiedere di cambiare dopo la prima notte per i rumori esterni assurdi. Pulizia scarsa, ho trovato delle unghia tagliate nel bagno. Mai avuto una esperienza così negativa ”

“The hotel was poor. My room was so incredibly small that I had to open my suitcase in the bathroom (paradoxically pretty large). There was a folded desk but there was litteraly no space to open it so it only served as night table. I could hardly walk in the room. Open the door, two steps leading to the bathroom and the rest of the space was the bed. there was a night lamp but since there was only one plug if i wanted to recharge my phone I had to unplug the lamp. Altro che boutique hotel.. condizioni della camera pessime, assenza totale di scrivania, temperatura della doccia non regolabile, tenda sulla finestra rotta, insetti morti per terra e pavimento appiccitaticcio. Quasi impossibile girarsi date le dimensioni della stessa”

“La camera era spaziosa, pulita e con cambio asciugamani giornaliero. Mancano bidet e spazzolino per il water. Buona la colazione inclusa nel prezzo, possibilità di preparare waffle caldi sul momento. Buon assortimento dei prodotti anche se son sempre gli stessi. Comoda la possibilità di cenare presso il ristorante interno. Personale sempre pronto ad ascoltare e aiutare i clienti nelle varie problematiche che si possono presentare.”
