Twisted Sisters

The house was huge! My two boys and I rode there from Marble Falls to do some hill country riding, specifically the Twisted Sisters. It was a bit off the beaten path and the long winding driveway was challenging on our Harleys, but we managed. The price was more than reasonable and I would consider renting it again.

Spacious, comfortable spot with awesome deck and great view

This is a unique property located in a quiet-but-active, rural gated community in beautiful Texas Hill Country. The great room is huge (we enjoyed an available ping pong table). The beds are comfortable and bedrooms have shelving and dressers. Note that the interior walls do not go all the way to the ceiling. This may increase airflow but decreases sound privacy. The large main bathroom has a nice oversized walk-in shower, and there's a laundry and bathroom area right by the door to the covered parking area. All the amenities were basic but complete with new linens and towels, kitchenware and coffee, spices etc. Our host representative was available by cell and stopped by to make sure we had what we needed. The best feature of this property is the broad deck that looks out over young fruit trees and live oaks and offers a comfortable place to enjoy our coffee or a meal and take in the expansive view of the surrounding hills and watch the ever-changing big, beautiful Texas skies.

Perfect Hill Country Getaway After a Day on the Twisted Sisters

This house was exactly what we needed. The peaceful setting and welcoming atmosphere had us feeling at home the moment we arrived.There's plenty of space to unwind, which we really appreciated after a long day riding the Twisted Sisters. The deck became our go to spot. Nothing beats morning coffee with those beautiful views of the trees and hills.If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway in the Texas Hill Country, you can't go wrong here. We'll definitely be back.
