“The house is beautiful. It's not a good idea to book it during winter season. No basic things provided on arrival such as milk or sugar to make a hot cup of tea, no matches or fire starter or instruction to start the fire in the front room as there is no other heating except that, I had not enough euro coins or the balance left in the meter unit to keep the bedrooms heated the first night of arriving into the cold December nights. The Janice responded very quickly and was helpful. We had an issue with the heat and I was contacted almost immediately to fix the problem! super positive experience and I highly recommend. ”
