Beautiful new house of modern architecture built on the coast. The building is characterized by the use of natural materials - wood and stone, and it offers its guests an unforgettable stay in a natural setting on the coast.

This single-storey house the size of about 100 m2 consists of a living room with fireplace, flat screen and double sleeper couch; there are also three bedrooms - two with double bed, one with two single beds; a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, coffee machine and dining area. There is a bathroom with a finnish sauna, another bathroom with a shower cabin and the guests' toilet.

From the kitchen, the dining room and the living room or from the covered terrace with its cozy furniture you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and the natural environment.
The house is fully equipped with everything needed for a high standard of living: air conditioning, wi - fi, Smart TV, alarm system , safe ...
Beside the house there is a swimming pool 6 x 4 m with a terrace where a whirlpool, a barbecue, a table for 8 people and 6 deck chairs are to be found. From that part of the house there is a fantastic view of the sea.
On the private beach, in front of the house, a small boat and kayak stand at your disposal, free of charge.
Within 700 m of the house there are several restaurants of local Istrian cuisine, bars, a supermarket, fishmarket, butcher, bank and other facilities .
For those who love active holidays the region is renowned for its Nature Park Cape Kamenjak ( 4 km away ) that can be reached by walk or riding a bike. The offer ranges from diving to windsurfing, paintball, horseback riding, jeep safaris, etc.
The Natural Park Cape Kamenjak is one of the ten must-see destinations on the Mediterranean.
Visiting the cultural center of Pula ( 6 km) and Rovinj ( 30 km ) is also a must. Pula Airport lies at a distance of 6 km.

The Beach House Mare is the ideal place for a holiday.

Definitiv keine Empfehlung.

Neben dem Ferienhaus befindet sich ein weiteres Haus (was auf keinem Bild so ersichtlich war) bei welchem gerade Arbeiten an der Außenanlage wie Pflasterungen, Zaunaufbau etc. durchgeführt wurden. Das Haus selbst ist extrem klein und billigst gebaut . Das schöne große Grundstück liegt zwar direkt am Wasser ein baden ist allerdings auf Grund der geringen Wassertiefe von 50 cm und dem starken Pflanzenbewuchs nicht möglich. Johann

Schöner Aufenthalt trotz kleiner Beanstandungen

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Lage des Hauses ist super.Der Ausblick auf´s mehr ist einfach sensationell. Schade nur, daß man im Meer nicht baden kann. Das Haus selbst hätte ein bißchen sauberer sein können (Spinnweben in den Ecken,Eingangstüre nicht sauber geputzt).Die Dusche ist leider nicht ganz dicht, sodaß wir nach dem Duschen eine kleine Überschwemmung im Bad hatten. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Trotzdem schön

Der Vermieter war sehr bemüht aber konnte natürlich auch nichts mehr daran ändern, dass in der Zwischenzeit ein neues Haus auf dem Grundstück war, welches bei Anmietung noch nicht da stand. Die fehlende Umzäunung und Bauarbeiten störten uns schon. Schade war auch, dass man im Meer vor dem Haus nicht wirklich so toll schwimmen konnte weil das Wasser maximal bis zur Hüfte normalerweise bis zum Knie ging. Aber das Grundstück an sich war super und unsere Hunde hatten viel Spaß. Das gute Wetter hat uns dann doch positiv gestimmt und wir danken Herrn Stanic dass er versucht hat die „Mängel „ zu beseitigen.

Wunderschön und erholsam!

Ein wunderbarer, erholsamer Urlaub. Die Ruhe in diesem einzigartigem Haus ist einfach unvergesslich. Soviel Natur pur, Vögel in Scharen, Echsen, Eichkätzchen, von allem etwas dabei. Die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen. Nur wer im Meer schwimmen will, muss nach Medulin, Premantura, oder sonstwohin fahren, da dass Wasser überall zu seicht ist. Dafür ist aber der Pool mit Salzwasser echt ein Hit. Meine Kids waren so begeistert (obwohl sie schon 19 und 12 sind), dass sie nicht einmal zu Essen wohin fahren wollten. Also haben wir ganz relaxt gekocht! Schade nur, dass ich meinen Hund nicht mitgenommen habe, da dass ganze Grundstück eingezäunt ist, und für ihne wirklich toll gewesen wäre! Herzlichen Dank an Robert und seiner Frau für den Wein, den wir zum Empfang erhalten haben und für diesen wirklich stressfreien Urlaub!

Sehr erholsam

Die Unterkunft ist sehr nett eingerichtet, sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Gastgeber sehr freundlich und sympathisch und aufmerksam. Das Gäste-Wc ist etwas zu klein und zum schwimmen ist das Wasser nicht geeignet, da es nicht tief genug ist - für kleine Kids ideal. Sonst aber alles top!

Fantastic holiday at a wonderful beach house

Our holidays at the Beach House Mare were really perfect. The view from the terrace at breakfast on the sea is priceless. The huge garden is lovingly maintained. Perfect for a holiday with dog! We felt so comfortable there, that we stayed around the House and at the pool nearly the whole time, instead of making short trips to the beaches in the surrounding. The Bay is very idyllic, although the water is unfortunately not really deep. For the dog it was perfect for a swim. If you take the padel boat and go on the right, you find a place which is 1,5 m deep so you can also get into the sea. Marina and her husband are really very helpful and very tolerant hosts. We were welcomed warmly and our vacation was wonderful. We can recommend the Beach House Mare with the best reviews. Thank you Marina!

Ein eigener Olivenhain

Wunderschönes Anwesen. Traumhafter, riesengroßer und sehr gepflegter Garten, klasse Ausstattung (Eiswürfel, Wasserspender, Olivenöl, Gasgrill, die Flasche Weißwein zur Begrüßung). Pool, Whirlpool, Terrasse und eigener Steg machen die seegrasbewachsene Bucht , in der man leider nicht wirklich schwimmen kann wieder wett. Die Nähe zur Halbinsel Kamenjak und ihren Traumbuchten begeisterte uns dafür jeden Tag. Leider immer mal wieder recht starke Abwassergerüche im Haus, aber der Hausmeister kam auf Anruf sofort vorbei um nach dem Rechten zu sehen. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Vielen Dank

Schön aber mit kleinen Mängeln

Haus ist okay außer das es immer wieder nach Gulli riecht. Strand am Haus zum Sonnen ist super geeignet aber nicht zum baden ( Seegras und Wassertiefe ca.60cm). Whirlpool ist leider nur 4 Tage gelaufen 😕. Die zweite einzelne Toilette ist nur 0,6m2 groß und beim hinsetzen kann man sich verletzen. Terassendielen sind locker, werden aber lt. Aussage vom Vermieter nächstes Jahr erneuert bzw. es wird gepflastert. Besitzer waren sehr nett. Urlaub war trotzdem sehr schön und die Ausflüge zu den anderen Stränden top .

Absolute Super-Alleinlage

Das Haus steht auf einem wunderschönen Grundstück mit Olivenbäumen, Feigenbäumen etc. Das klare Wasser ist überall flach, deshalb auch warm. Morgens kann man gut die kleinen Krebse beobachten, auch kleine Fische hat es reichlich. Von der Sonnenterasse mit dem Pool hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Bucht, zum relaxen bestens geeignet. Das Haus selbst ist eher einfach, die Bäder und das WC recht klein. Was gestört hat war der Abflussgeruch im und um das Haus. Supermarkt und gute Restaurants hat es in der Nähe genügend.

Traumhaft ruhiges Anwesen mit fast Allem was das Herz begehrt!

Die Immobilie ist wirklich gut gelegen und mit Allem ausgestattet was einen guten Urlaub ausmacht! Einzig die Lattenroste der Betten und das"Reserveklo" könnte man bemängeln! Die Bucht ist sehr flach - irgendwo angeblich 2 m ... also Meeresrauschen wird etwas vermisst! Für Luxusurlaub mit Hund steht aber dank Pool und Hottop nix im Weg!
