Villa Gigetto with Private Pool and Big Garden

Villa Gigetto is located in Medulin, a beautiful place with a lovely sandy beach.

This 4-bedroom villa has won awards for energy efficiency and design. It has a private swimming pool with 8 sun loungers, sun umbrellas and an outdoor shower, as well as a beautiful, 1000 sq. meters garden.



Villa consists of two apartments, and each of them has its own living room, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Every bedroom has its own TV and air-conditioning. Access to free Wi-fi is also provided. Villa Gigetto is ideal for families with children.There are 3 baby cots and 2 highchairs, which are available upon request. Guests can access the whole ground floor of the villa, including 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, terrace, private outdoor swimming pool and a garden.



Owners live on the same property, but the garden and swimming pool are exclusive to guests. Guests have a private entrance and are guaranteed privacy, but the owners will be available and ready to help if you need.



House Rules:



Damage deposit of 300 EUR is mandatory upon check in, and the owners will return it on the check out.

Youth groups are welcome as long as they abide by the house rules. Partying is not allowed, since the villa is located in a residential area.

Youth groups pay a damage deposit of 800 EUR, which will be returned uopn check out, provided that everything is in order.

Please note that outdoor area and parking are covered by CCTV for safety purposes.



Area description and nearby activities:



The VIlla is located in a peaceful neighbourhood in Medulin. The nearest restaurant, grocery store and bus stop are all located in a 50m range.



Medulin is most known for its 1 km long sandy beach Bijeca (which is 1,800 m away from the villa), which attracts families with children, but also for its rich nightlife during the summer, where everyone can find their kind of fun.

This charming resort provides everything neccessary for a pleasant vacation: lots of bars, restaurants, grocery stores, green market, post office, different kinds of beaches, but also a beautiful, untouched nature everywhere nearby.



If you would like to experience a spectacular view, Cape Kamenjak is only 11 km away. Archeological Park Vizula nearby Medulin is a historical site from Roman ages. National Park Brijuni and Limski zaljev (Channel of Lim) are also located in this region.

Medulin is only 10 km away from Pula, ancient city most known for its Amphitheater. Many ancient Roman monuments can be found in the city center, including Triumphal Arch of Sergius and Temple of Augustus.

Pula Airport is 12 km away.
