Il grande fienile rosso sul fiume

Il Big Red Barn è un fienile dall'aspetto tradizionale all'esterno e una casa per le vacanze all'interno. Le finestre panoramiche si affacciano sul fiume White, a pochi passi dalla porta principale. Pesce con il caffè del mattino sul tuo posto privato. Le attività all'aperto abbondano in Meeker. La proprietà si trova molto vicino alla zona di caccia di selvaggina e alla caccia delle mucche a dicembre. Puoi fare escursioni, pescare, cacciare, tubature dell'acqua e tantissime attività invernali. The Barn ha un comodo accesso alla Flat Top Wilderness Area, al lago Trappers e al monumento nazionale dei dinosauri. La casa è anche abbastanza vicina per sciare a Steamboat Springs (100 miglia), che è la città di sci, negli Stati Uniti.

Il grande fienile rosso è realizzato a mano con un grande piano aperto con soffitti di 9 piedi. C'è 1 camera da letto principale e 2 bagni completi. Lo spazio all'aperto può ospitare 4-6 persone in stile familiare. C'è una grande cucina attrezzata con tutto il necessario, tra cui frigorifero, forno a microonde, pentole e un barbecue sulla veranda.

Vi è un soggiorno minimo di quattro notti durante i mesi di ottobre-dicembre per la stagione di caccia. È richiesto un soggiorno di due notti durante il resto dell'anno. Dopo una giornata di avventura è tempo di rilassarsi sulla veranda e ascoltare madre natura. La casa offre WIFI e TV via cavo.

Great times

Was a very nice property and had more room than we needed...The view of the river was obstructed by over grown trees but not that badly....we enjoyed the time and space for our granddaughter's wedding! Other family members were not able to attend.... Enjoyed out stay and may visit here again!

Relaxing stay

Loved the location, especially the view on the deck with the sound of the White River and only a two block walk to town. Would definitely stay there again and such a friendly community with gorgeous scenery!

Wonderful!

We come to Meeker, CO every year for a nice relaxing vacation. The town is beautifully situated in the Colorado mountains and it is only a short drive up a scenic road to two clear lakes and a rustic lodge in the Flat tops wilderness area. This home sits at the bank of the White River, very private setting, comfortable home with fully stocked kitchen and large multi-car garage. Plenty of linens, furnishings, and nice comfy bed(s). Meeker is also home to the annual National Sheepdog Classic, bringing dogs and handlers from different parts of the US and Canada each fall. During the summer there is a farmers market, a local rodeo, gatherings and music in the park and abundant fishing. Hunting is a popular activity in the cooler months as well. We will be coming back to our 'home away from home' for some years to come!

The restful river barn...

We had a lovely stay in Meeker. The community is beautiful, the weather was perfect (a little snow, a lot of sunshine) and the proximity to the river was peaceful. The home was well-stocked with what we needed with easy access to groceries, restaurants and coffee shops. The internet sustained telework for a couple days, and there were plenty of adventure opportunities around.

Great hunting trip stay

There is not a lot of privacy with the bedroom situation but it was just fine for what we needed and very affordable. The river behind the house gives a great vibe and it’s very conveniently located. Overall perfect for a hunting group.

Great spot on the river.

Stayed for a few days with a small group. The main floor had 1 private room and 2 additional beds behind the living room area. I was pleased to find some essential pantry items already in the house four our short stay. The place had a secluded feel where you could enjoy morning coffee overlooking the White River, and was also walkable to everything in Meeker including Blanco's Little Cheese Shop and The Fork.
