“For the most part everything was fine except they put us in a handicapped room for some reason even though such a room wasn't requested. I should have complained right away but didn't, my bad. The other issue we had was the internet/wi-fi. I was unable to connect by following the instructions on the tv so I called the number listed but they were unable to help so the agent provided another contact number which wasn't operational. As a last resort I called the front desk and they sent someone...

“My sister stayed in a handicap room which was fine large and good for handicap EXCEPT she could not open the door to get out of the room by herself, she called me I was in a room down the hall. The door is very heavy and a handicap person in a walker or wheelchair can not get in or out of the room! It should have an automatic button to push to open the door. I would not recommend this for a handicap person !”

“What is the deal w the guy who lives upstairs in the room behind the curtains? I’m still trying to figure out whether he was sick or having routine respiratory issues. I was woken up both mornings around 7AM of my stay w him hacking and coughing. I personally enjoyed the three oversized cats that live there but might be an issue for those allergies and I don’t recall seeing cats being mentioned.
