“Great breakfast, friendly desk staff, and spacious room was comfortable. Cleaning of the room and restocking was haphazard at best. A good location overall.”

“We did not get the room we booked and paid for they switched rooms and not even tell us. It was so loud. We couldn’t sleep the wonderful girl at the desk said she was gonna recommend that they credited us to full amount and the manager would call me. It’s been over two weeks and I’ve heard nothing and I’ve called twice. Would never stay there again.”

“There were pet urine stains on carpet and the allergens of pets in the room. Long black hairs in the bathroom and juice or coffee drops that had not been wiped off the bed end table. It was not cleaned well but the hotel was nice. Other than the allergens and urine stained floor the room was nice, everything in the room appeared new.”

“I went to check into the hotel for the room that I reserved.It said it slept three people! After I went to the room and realized there was no pullout bed for a third person. I had went back to the checking desk and they had said that they could not help me because they were full.And I'd have to take it up with expedia, so my only option was to sleep on the floor!
