“Everything was great. The only issue was the safe did not work and could not use it. I let the front desk know when we checked out.”

“It’s clear that they are working hard to improve this hotel since it used to be The Hard Rock. The rooms still need some work but they were clean. It was an appropriate price for the outdated rooms, but I’m happy it was clean, beds were comfortable and the staff was all very kind. ”

“Room was clean and comfy. Nice view of the lake. SPA was welcome at that point in our trip. VERY much disliked that they allow smoking in the casino. That was a huge turnoff. Otherwise the staff was pleasant and helpful. Victoria at the concierge desk was very helpful with suggestions for meals and places to go. ”
