“So, this is hard. The hotel itself is amazing, clean great staff situated in the middle of everything you could possibly want to do. The breakfast was delicious amazing options every morning. Got lucky enough to get a 50% off buffet the were promoting inside the hotel. Delicious so much to choose from couldn't eat everything. “Very old and outdated. If you want to borrow an iron, they charge 100 pesos. Can’t turn on the faucet for hot water. We tried to check out before 8am and the person on duty was sleeping in sofa in the waiting area. ”

“Upon arrival to property front desk was not helpful and instructions were not complete in how to check in. We had to wait an hour after a long flight just to check in. I’m disappointed with the service at the condo.”

“Location was great, right off of Lacson. Merkado Lacson was just around the corner with live music and food stalls at night. Plenty of laundry in the area, Korean Karoake bar just up the street, and not far from lagoon park / street food. Everything functioned in the room, shower did not drain too well, caused some water overflow into the toilet area. “When we got checked in, the toilet wasn’t flushing, the phone isn’t working, when we locked the door because we have to go out, they said they have no key that works. We rented 2 rooms good for 6 each but they only gave us 2 cups. When we ate out, the manager had a bad attitude toward us. The staffs are trying their best to help us but their boss is terrible. There’s oveall problem with the system.”
