“My stay was very pleasant and the accommodations (preferred having hot water)were comfortable. A very courteous and helpful staff. I requested some soup, but your staff said that they didn’t have. But just the same someone on the kitchen staff made a very delicious chicken soup for us, for I was not feeling well. I thank your very dedicated staff members and the Raddison. But when I got there I found out that there wi-fi was turned off indefinitely and they acted like it was nothing. I work a lot, and vacations are really important to me.
