“While the location is convenient, the cleanliness of our room was appalling. It was extremely dusty—from the bed and shelves to the carpets and upholstery. The furniture was visibly stained, and we even found crumbs from the previous guest on the chairs. Most shockingly, the floor was filthy; it clearly hadn't been vacuumed or cleaned, as it was covered in dust, crumbs, and old coffee stains. This level of neglect is unacceptable for a hotel at this price point. We expected far better standards.”

“This hotel was a great discovery and is now one of my favorite hotels I've stayed in. We had a one-bedroom cabin and it was wonderful. The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom was large with a double sink vanity & the shower had both a rain head & hand-held shower heads. We loved the little kitchenette and the absolute best part were the amazing views & gorgeous sunsets! We ate at the 'Cucina 3064' restaurant on site for breakfast & dinner--the coffee, food & service was top notch!...
