“La personne qui m'a accueilli le soir était bien gentille, par contre la chambre était très médiocre. Dans la chambre de bain, un ventilateur qui faisait un bruit intense et bruyant, comme si on égorgeait un animal... de la moisissure dans les coins et des cernes au plafond. Dans la chambre, le plafond en panneaux avait plusieurs cernes et trous et un des panneau était déplacé... dans certaines lampes manquaient d'ampoules, ou la lumière vascillait... Je voyage quand même souvent au Québec et je...

“We stayed here in 2023 and absolutely loved it. We know that it is a five-star hotel, but we paid a lot more this time...in low season, which was disappointing. The staff is amazing and the breakfast is the best you can find in any hotel. ”

“Deadbold on door did not work plus obvious damage that door had been kick in. Floor dirty full of outside little rocks and sand, tv no cable only live tv via internet and kept disconecting every 20 minutes. TV did not do screen sharing with androids phones only Iphones. I will not return to this property! Even if they gave me a credit of 50$ off total price of 2 nights stay. Manager was very helpfull in trying to solve our problems but I think it is the owner that doesn't have a clue was...

“This is a clean space, courteous staff, is close to rue principal where all activity is happening, keep in mind that the breakfast is only available during weekends, for weekdays they offer breakfast at Auberge du Grand Lac and there are places nearby for the breakfast”

“We booked a room with other hockey parents and our 15-year old kids. While relaxing in the hot tub, the owner called the police due to excessive noise……at 8pm Saturday night! Owner/manager made zero effort to discuss it with us. She has no idea what hospitality means. Rooms are tiny and beds uncomfortable. Management/ownership could not be worse. Terrible experience.”
