Hotel vicino a Melbourne Park - Chelmsford

“Excellent well kept property, the only issue is there is no parking with the property and local Chelmsford parking is restrictive only till 5am and the local carparks are exceptionally expensive.”

“Enjoyed a 4 night stay, great location, very friendly and welcoming staff. Rooms are spacious and clean. Food and service from the onsite Samphire restaurant was great. Would return again.”

“The bathroom was dirty, clearly had not been cleaned properly in some time, there was hair all over the floor, dirt build up around the shower tray and shower itself. Windows were also very dirty. The breakfast bag is not worth it as it’s not ready to go you have to wait 10mins for the hot part!”

“Do not book here. I booked 10 months in advance and when we arrived they couldn’t find my booking. Given a room on 2nd floor, in direct sunlight so it was like a sauna, but they did give us a fan. Arrived back at midnight to find gates closed and locked. Had to call someone to unlock the gate and let us in. Next morning tried to use the shower and wouldn’t work, then tried the was basin and no water. When I mentioned the shower at checkout, they knew about it and said we should have been...

Ci siamo fatti spostare e ci hanno dato una camera già occupata, ci hanno spostato ancora in una camera adatta. “Everything was lovely and the front staff so very helpful. The only thing I would say about was the sound on the TV it was very muffled all the time no matter what we put it up to. “I wish I’d just paid more to go to a chain hotel. This was terrible, the shower took 10 minutes to warm up by this point the bathroom was already flooded and the water was leaking into the bedroom floor. One of the great benefits was ‘FREE PARKING’ listed on their advert but I was in fact charged for parking for the few hours I was there overnight!!! Conveniently close to the airport but that’s about all that was good about this place.”
