We stayed here in 2023 and absolutely loved it. We know that it is a five-star hotel, but we paid a lot more this time...in low season, which was disappointing. The staff is amazing and the breakfast is the best you can find in any hotel.

Friendly staff. Clean, large room. Comfortable bed. Nice sitting area (but a big sign says you can't have food or drink there...?) Pool wasn't open. There is cool music playing by the elevators but it was loud in the morning- we could hear it in our room early.

If you want to sleep, stay somewhere else. There’s a train that starts at 5:00 am and is super loud, blowing whistle and all. Hotel great location, clean but I wouldn’t go back because of the street noise, trucks people leaving a bar at 3:00 and mostly the because of the train.
