“This is a typically Indian hotel, so lower your expectations if your a westener. There was a muted welcome when we first arrived but when they got used to us the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was OK and had a terrific balcony with a beautiful view over rice paddies and farmland, we saw many types of birds, and a large herd of ducks were brought to rice paddies each day. “When I checked in, I was impressed. Everything was spanking new, as this is a brand-new hotel. Every amenity that was mentioned was present. I was appreciative of all of Mr. Susai's assistance. He did everything in his power to look after me. He added enjoyment to my journey. The personnel at the hotel is exceptional. I had five-star service from them.
