“It was an unexpected stay. Our room was clean and the staff was exceptionally good. We realized after we got back home that we had left a bag. I called back to the hotel just to see if anyone had turned it in. Not only was it there but the manager said that she would hold it for me until I could make a return trip. Thank you for your above and beyond service. Definitely will return when I’m in town.
